We would like to order just one custom box for our specialty product. Do you have a minimum order quantity? You can order as many or as few boxes as you would like. We are set up for any size order, from one to thousands.
How long will my order take? We have been known to accommodate rush orders with a 24-hour turnaround. Typical turnaround is 5 to 7 working days, which includes time for design engineering, price estimate, order entry, production and delivery.
Do I need to provide you with the box design? We have a team of design engineers on staff that will work with you to develop design specs for inside and outside the container. We are committed to manufacture boxes with care and precision.
How will I get the box? We have a small fleet of delivery trucks to ship your order. We will deliver without charge within a 40-mile radius of Hartford, Connecticut. For deliveries outside that area, we will charge a nominal fee. If you prefer, we can coordinate delivery with your preferred carrier.
